REBECCA J. ALVA
Founder / CEO
I’m a mom of three—including a powerhouse duo under two—building a movement from the heart of motherhood and leadership. CEO Like A Mother™ was born alongside my third child, a labor of love that emerged in the raw, radical space of early motherhood. I believe there’s something deeply congruent about creating life and building a business—and that mothers, in this dual space, hold a unique power to reach farther and lead differently. With a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Andrews University and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work (MSW) from Boston University, my path weaves together community care, systems thinking, and unapologetic ambition. My professional experiences in change management and process analysis has shaped how I see the world—but what drives me now is a deeper calling: To reshape the way we talk about motherhood, leadership, and the messy, beautiful in-between. CEO Like A Mother™ is more than a podcast. This is a global movement for women raising babies and building businesses to be seen and heard.
